No. Every request is scoped to your own center, so other centers cannot access your center's records through SamayIQ — and you can't see theirs.
Starter covers check-in, attendance, schedules, and essential parent email notifications on one kiosk. Pro adds SMS notifications, full automated parent communication, levels and progress, books, reporting, staff accounts, and up to five kiosks.
No. Starter notifications are email only. SMS is included with Pro: 500 SMS segments per month, with top-ups of +250 segments for $4, +500 for $7, or +1,000 for $10 if your center needs more.
Yes, any time from your Billing page through Stripe's billing portal — no call or email required. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. Canceling stops billing and doesn't delete your center's data; email support.samayiq@gmail.com if you'd like it removed.
